What are credits?

Credits measure AI usage on Captionly. Transcription, AI text, Shorts selection and B-roll images spend credits. Manual editing and exporting do not spend credits. Paid allowances activate after verified payment; Free includes 50 credits every month (about 60 seconds of captioned video).

Can I start without paying?

Yes. The Free plan is available now. Open Studio, upload your video and create your captions — no card needed.

Can I get Editor or Creator today?

Yes. Choose a plan and period, scan the NayaPay QR, pay the exact amount and submit your transaction ID and screenshot. Your plan activates after the admin verifies payment. There is no automatic renewal.

What do longer plans save me?

Longer billing periods cost less per month: 3 months saves 10%, 6 months saves 17% and a full year saves 25% compared with paying monthly.

Are my saved projects private?

Yes. Sign in to save your uploaded videos and caption edits privately, then reopen them from My projects.
